+How fast can you turn around a booth?
Standard turnaround for a 10x10 booth is 5–7 business days once artwork is approved. Rush is available on request for exhibitors with tight show deadlines.
+Do you ship direct to venues?
Yes. We ship direct to Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, LA Convention Center, Anaheim, Moscone, and San Diego Convention Center.
+What file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, and SVG. If you're unsure, send what you have and our designers will get it press-ready.
+What's included in a booth package?
Aluminum frame hardware, printed SEG dye-sublimated fabric graphics, LED lights on higher tiers, and a wheeled hard case that doubles as a podium.
+Do you offer graphic design?
Yes. Our AI Design Studio produces initial concepts and a human production designer finalizes press-ready files. Design fee is credited toward print orders over $500.
+Can I order just the printed graphic and reuse my frame?
Yes. Send us the frame model or dimensions and we'll print the SEG or vinyl replacement.
+Do you print vehicle wraps?
Yes. We use 3M Controltac wrap film with overlaminate for full and partial commercial wraps.
