Terms of Service

Quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed once we receive written approval of the proof and, when applicable, payment or a deposit.

We provide a proof before production. You are responsible for reviewing spelling, colors, and layout. Reprints for errors on approved proofs are billed at cost.

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after proof approval. Rush turnaround is available for an added fee. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination.

Orders under $500 are paid in full up front. Larger orders may require a 50% deposit with the balance due before shipping.

Custom print work is non-refundable once production begins. Cancellations before production are refundable minus any design work completed.

Once your order is fully paid, you own the final print-ready files delivered to you. Working files and internal templates remain our property.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
